pkpkp Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between pkpkp ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who uses pkpkp's services ("User", "you").

pkpkp is an online gaming platform designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. The platform offers sports betting, cricket betting, live casino, slots games, fishing games and various other gaming services.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These terms apply to the pkpkp website, mobile platform and all associated services. By accessing the pkpkp website, creating an account or using any service, you give your consent to these terms.

1.2 Other Policies

Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also remain in effect alongside these terms. Please read and follow all these documents together. In the event of any conflict, these terms shall take precedence.

Account Registration

A valid account registration is required to use pkpkp's services. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

2.1 Registration Information

The following information must be provided accurately when registering an account:

• Full name (as shown on your national identity card)
• Valid email address
• Mobile number
• Date of birth
• Address in Bangladesh

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, using the same payment method or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification

pkpkp reserves the right to verify a user's identity and information at any time. You may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport or other government-issued documents for verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Age and Eligibility Requirements

The pkpkp platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

3.1 Age Verification

Age is verified based on the date of birth provided at registration. pkpkp may request proof of age documents at any time. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and all winnings will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

pkpkp provides services to residents of Bangladesh. Operating an account from any country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited is not permitted. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own country.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. Never share your password or login details with any third party.

4.1 Password Policy

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special characters
• Change your password regularly
• Do not use the same password on other sites
• Make sure to log out of your account after using a public device

4.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately via our 24/7 live chat support. pkpkp is not liable for losses caused by third parties, unless it is proven that the incident occurred due to a fault in our system.

4.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Specific rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds at pkpkp. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted at pkpkp:

• Bank transfer (various commercial banks)

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit limit is determined based on the account's verification level and applicable regulations.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used to make the deposit.

5.4 Withdrawal Verification

Identity verification is mandatory before a withdrawal. Additional documents may be required for the first withdrawal. In accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, pkpkp reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.

5.5 Cancelled Withdrawals

A withdrawal request may be cancelled or placed on hold in the following cases: if bonus wagering requirements have not been met; in the case of suspicious activity; if identity verification has not been completed; or for technical reasons.

Bonuses and Promotions

pkpkp offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read carefully.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 25 times (25x).

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per person, household, IP address or payment account
• Bonus funds can be used to play, but cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed
• Bonuses have a specific validity period — expired bonuses will be cancelled
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless separately stated
• pkpkp reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer

6.3 VIP Program

pkpkp has three VIP tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular play:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Special benefits and offers apply at each tier. VIP cashback terms and conditions apply separately.

Gaming Rules

All games on pkpkp are operated through fair and verifiable algorithms. Each game's own rules apply.

7.1 Game Results

All game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely fair and independent. In the event of any dispute over a game result, pkpkp's system log will be considered final.

7.2 Technical Errors

Any transaction that occurs due to a software or hardware error will be considered void. pkpkp is not obligated to pay incorrect winning amounts displayed due to technical errors.

7.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game or market. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted. pkpkp reserves the right to change betting limits under special circumstances.

7.4 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

The following conditions apply to sports betting:

• Bets accepted before a match begins will be considered final
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be voided and funds will be returned
• In-play betting relies on real-time data — pkpkp may take discretionary action on bets placed with a delay
• These terms apply to all cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkpkp platform and immediate action will be taken if such activities are detected:

8.1 Fraud and Deception

• Using a false identity or documents
• Using another person's account or payment details
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage
• Filing chargebacks or fraudulent payment claims

8.2 Technical Abuse

• Attempting to hack the system or gain unauthorized access
• Using bots or automated software
• Intentionally exploiting game errors or bugs
• Accessing the platform from a restricted country via VPN or proxy

8.3 Money Laundering

pkpkp strictly follows anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Any attempt to use the platform to launder money from illegal sources will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be permanently closed.

Intellectual Property

pkpkp retains ownership of the website, software, logos, designs, content, and all related intellectual property.

9.1 Permission to Use

You receive a limited, non-exclusive permission to use pkpkp's services for personal and non-commercial purposes. This permission is non-transferable.

9.2 Prohibited Use

• Reproducing, modifying, or distributing pkpkp's content without permission is prohibited
• Unauthorized use of pkpkp's trademarks or logos is prohibited
• Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile the software is prohibited

Limitation of Liability

pkpkp services are provided on an "as is" basis. pkpkp is not liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

10.1 Damage Claims

• Loss caused by internet connection disruption
• Security breaches caused by third parties
• Service interruption due to technical issues
• Theft of account information due to user negligence
• Indirect or incidental damages

10.2 Maximum Liability

In any circumstance, pkpkp's maximum liability will be limited to the actual amount of funds in your account. pkpkp accepts no liability for gaming losses resulting from gambling.

Responsible Gaming

pkpkp believes that gaming is for entertainment — not as a way to earn money. We are committed to ensuring the well-being of all our users.

11.1 Self-Exclusion

If you feel your gaming habits are getting out of control, you can contact our support team to temporarily or permanently self-exclude yourself.

11.2 Setting Spending Limits

Users can control their spending by setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, reducing it takes effect immediately, but increasing it will take effect after 7 days.

11.3 Signs of Problematic Gaming

Help should be sought if the following signs appear:

• Betting more than you can afford
• Playing more to chase losses
• Lying about gaming
• Prioritizing gaming over family or work

Account Closure

pkpkp reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following cases:

12.1 Closure at pkpkp's Initiative

• Violation of any clause of these terms
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Failure to verify age
• Suspicion of money laundering
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification
• Extended inactivity

12.2 Closure at the User's Initiative

If you wish to close your account yourself, contact our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed and the remaining balance will be returned (excluding bonuses).

12.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be marked as inactive if there are no transactions for 12 months. An applicable inactivity fee may be deducted from inactive accounts. Contact the support team to reactivate.

Changes to Terms

pkpkp reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Regarding changes:

• Users will be notified by email if there are significant changes
• The updated terms will be published on the website with the date noted
• Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms
• If you do not agree to the new terms, please request account closure

The most recently published terms will always be the ones in effect at pkpkp. Claims based on older versions or version history are not acceptable.
